Thrive

At Crispin School, our Thrive Curriculum is the heart of our commitment to personal development. It sits alongside our academic curriculum and ensures that every student is supported to grow as a confident, well-rounded individual who is ready for life beyond school.
We recognise that education is about far more than exam results. The Thrive Curriculum brings together key areas of school life that Ofsted identifies as essential to outstanding personal development: enrichment, student leadership, wellbeing and pastoral care, careers and employability, curriculum for life, inclusion and equity, and community and culture.
Through Thrive, we carefully plan, implement and review the opportunities we offer to ensure that all students can access a rich and balanced experience. This includes a wide range of clubs and activities, leadership roles, high-quality pastoral support, and meaningful careers education. Students at Crispin are proud of the opportunities available to them, both within school and across the local Street community.
Our vision is for every student to leave Crispin as a positive contributor to society, with strong moral values, confidence in their abilities, and the skills they need to flourish in their next steps. The Thrive Curriculum ensures that students develop spiritually, morally, socially and culturally, and are equipped for life in the wider world. It reflects our core belief that every student matters –not only during their time at Crispin, but far beyond it.
The Thrive Curriculum underpins everything we do to ensure high-quality personal development, strong wellbeing, inclusion for all, and clear pathways into further education, training and employment.
